Online Courses, Programmes & Coaching Containers

Commitment and Enrolment

When you enrol in an online course, programme, coaching container, or digital product, you are making a commitment to the programme as offered.

All purchases are non-refundable, including:

  • full payments 

  • deposits 

  • payment plan instalments 

This applies regardless of how much of the programme you engage with.

By enrolling, you are committing to the programme in full.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at the time of purchase.

Payment plans are a payment convenience, not a partial participation option.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • suspension of access 

  • termination of access to materials 

  • removal from live or facilitated components 

Participation & Choice within the Programme

Within the programme itself:

  • participation in specific exercises or activities is always optional 

  • opting out of particular practices carries no relational or evaluative consequence 

  • intensity is not treated as a requirement or a measure of commitment 

These participation choices do not alter the financial or structural commitment made at enrolment.

Ethical Containment & Stewardship

Holding clear financial and participation boundaries is part of ethical programme stewardship.

Consistency in these boundaries protects both participants and the integrity of the container, and prevents responsibility from being negotiated reactively or unevenly once a programme is underway.

Care in this work includes clarity, not case-by-case exceptions that place emotional or financial negotiation back into the participant–facilitator relationship.

Readiness & Responsibility

Please enrol only if:

  • you are willing to commit to the programme structure 

  • you have reviewed the scope, boundaries, and terms 

  • you are prepared to take responsibility for your participation 

If you have questions about suitability, readiness, or scope, you are encouraged to ask before enrolling.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including:

  • changes in personal circumstances 

  • dissatisfaction with content or pacing 

  • partial or full completion of programme materials 

This policy exists to provide clarity, sustainability, and fairness across all participants.
