CHOOSING YOURSELF
A 6-Week Embodied Live Programme To Break the Pattern of Self-Abandonment and Begin Choosing Yourself - In Real Time, In Your Body
Starting 21st April
I’m Catherine Hale
And if you've found your way here, you’re in the right place.
You've done the strategy. You've done the inner work. You have more self-awareness than most people in the room.
And under pressure — you're still making decisions from activation.
The launch that spirals. The price that wobbles. The hire that cost more than it gave. The post you deleted. The metrics check at 5am that was never really about the numbers.
That's not a strategy problem. That's not a self-awareness problem.
That's your survival responses making your business decisions in the moments that cost you most.
CALIBRATE is where that finally changes.
You don't talk about most of this. You manage it, contain it, perform around it. Your clients see the capable version. Your audience sees the polished version.
And you carry the gap between those versions and the full truth largely alone.
The offer suite that grew more complex than you planned. The team conversations that slid. The bonuses added mid-program. None of it was the plan. It was activation looking for somewhere to go.
The fraud feeling is a symptom. What's actually missing is a container that works at the level where this actually lives.
Here's What's Actually Happening
There is a moment. So quiet it's almost imperceptible. But it's there in every decision you make in your business. And when you can't see it — it runs you.
It starts in the body. A belly clench. A breath that holds. Something tightening so familiar it barely registers.
Then the shame arrives. It has a sentence. It lands. And now survival has a story to run on.
SIGNAL → BODY RESPONSE → SHAME SENTENCE → AUTOMATIC DECISION
This is not self-sabotage.
It's not a character flaw.
It's a pattern. Predictable, traceable, and running long before you built this business.
Every reactive pivot. Every promise you couldn't quite keep. Every post you deleted. Every conversation you avoided.
Individually, none of it feels catastrophic.
Collectively, it's been building a case against you. In your own mind. For years.
And it can be interrupted. Not by understanding it better. Not by processing the root of it. By a pause — just enough to create something that isn't available in survival:
Choice.
That's where CALIBRATE lives.
How Calibrate Works
This is not a course. CALIBRATE is a leadership conditioning lab — the work happens in repetition, under increasing load, applied directly to the business decisions you are already making.
Shorter containers produce insight. Six months produces change.
The Four Arcs
01 — See It (Months 1–2)
You learn to catch the pattern before you've already acted. Not in retrospect — in the moment. You delay reactive decisions. You catch urgency before it's dressed itself up as strategy.
02 — Hold It Under Pressure (Months 3–4)
Same skills, higher stakes. Pricing decisions. Launch pressure. Revenue dips. Team friction. You practise holding steady when everything in you wants to react. Recovery time shortens — from days to hours.
03 — Build It In (Months 5–6)
The capacity gets encoded into how your business runs. Structure does some of the regulation for you. Regulation stops being effortful. It becomes the way you lead.
04 — The Work Between Calls
Every week, a short Leadership Audit: was this decision shaped by activation? Plus a daily embodiment practice. Five to eight minutes. The tool that creates enough space for choice to exist.
Six Months From Now
The difference is structural.
BEFORE CALIBRATE
Slow revenue week triggers a new offer
Launch decisions get worse the more visible you become
The strong post stays in your word doc and never gets seen
Days to recover after a hard week
Authority is a performance
AFTER CALIBRATE
Slow revenue week gets evaluated, not reacted to
You go into a launch with a defined rhythm and decisions made in advance
The strong post goes out
Hours to recover after a hard week
Authority is just how you occupy a room
Is This For You?
You probably already know.
Probably since near the top of this page - when something landed a little too accurately and you felt that particular mix of relief and discomfort that comes from being seen clearly.
That gap - between knowing and changing - is not a failure of self-awareness. It's the signal that insight has taken you as far as it can.
For you
You've done genuine inner work and you're still repeating the same patterns under pressure
You have an established business — clients, revenue, a reputation that matters to you
You're tired of the internal cost of leading from a dysregulated place
You have quiet, serious ambition and you want to grow without it costing you everything
Not for you
You're in early stages — building your first offer or finding your first clients
You're looking for strategy, mentorship or business advice
You need therapeutic processing right now
You want transformation without being directly interrupted and calibrated
What’s Included
Six months. Capped at 16 people. Everything designed with one purpose: to give the conditioning somewhere to land.
Two 90-minute group calls per month Structured, not open forums. Direct calibration, hot seats, real-time work on live business situations. You will leave with something tangible every time.
A midway review call with me At month three, just you and me. We review what's shifting and recalibrate your focus for the final three months.
A contained Telegram channel For posting live leadership moments and naming patterns as they arise between calls. This is a place to do the work in community.
A progression framework Everything you need to support the embodiment practice, the weekly Leadership Audit, and the progression markers for each arc.
A cohort of 10–16 Small enough that every person is tracked individually. Large enough to create the relational pressure that makes the work real.
Why Me
I want to tell you about a Facebook post.
I'd written it carefully. Put it out. And then — nothing. Crickets. A handful of sympathetic hearts that felt more like pity than engagement.
When I really sat with it I realised the truth: I didn't feel safe to say what I actually thought. I was writing vanilla post after vanilla post for fear of offending someone I couldn't even name.
So I stopped. I started writing what was actually there.
Within two weeks, over a million people had seen it. My following grew from 4,400 to 12,300 in three months.
That was the external evidence. But the real shift was internal.
I started tracking what was actually happening inside me — the tightness, the pull toward a quick-fix email, the adrenaline dressed up as urgency. I learned to recognise it, bring safety, and choose not to let the fear make the decision.
That choice — made repeatedly, across real business moments — changed everything.

What Clients Say
“I’m also starting to notice it right in the middle of business decisions. Before, if shame or self-doubt showed up, it would quietly run the show and I’d either overcompensate or pull back. Now I’m catching it in the moment. I have actual tools to pause, feel what’s there, hold the discomfort without spiralling, and interrupt that pattern. The surprising part is that it’s helping me trust myself more — like I don’t have to avoid those feelings anymore. I can handle them, stay steady, and still make the decision. And that’s dramatically changing the way I lead."
— Sam | Women's Leadership Coach — Odharnait Ansbro | Leadership Coach“I wasn't sure whether this program would actually create change for me as opposed to more theory or simply more self-understanding. But I am staying closer to myself now and making decisions differently in my business - from regulation. The difficulties of being an entrepreneur haven’t changed but how I’m meeting them has - there’s more space, less hustle. I feel grounded in my leadership and that’s made all the difference as I scale.”
— Kelly | Somatic Coach
“Patterns I had been aware of for years but could never quite shift finally dissolved. The old ways I related to my work — overcommitting, overgiving, pushing myself beyond my limits — softened and rewired. I moved from reactive survival strategies into an embodied sense of abundance and trust.”
— Odharnait Ansbro | Leadership Coach
“Catherine has this really clear depth of understanding and skill, but what stands out even more is the way she is in the room. There’s a grounded, self-regulating presence she brings that you can genuinely feel, and it changes how people show up. I’ve realised I’m learning a huge amount about nervous system regulation just by watching and experiencing the way she relates with us.
It’s had a surprising impact on how I lead. Things that used to create pressure or reactivity in the business feel different now — there’s more steadiness, more perspective, and honestly a bit more maturity in how I respond. It’s not something she just teaches as a concept; it’s something you start to absorb through the work with her, and it quietly transforms the way you operate as a leader.”

You've read this far.
Something in here has been speaking to you. You've felt it — the recognition, the relief, the slight discomfort of being seen clearly.
That version of you already knows.
You have spent long enough being the most insightful person in the room about your own limitations. Insight was never going to be the thing that moved you. You already knew that — which is probably why you're still here.
The question is not whether you're ready.
The question is whether you're tired enough of the alternative.
